Cocoa pancakes with yogurt and fruit – Healthy Kitchen

Cocoa pancakes with Greek yogurt and fruit. Light, smooth and exquisite. Perfect for a breakfast or a tasty snack. Served with fresh fruit, it is a real treat that can be prepared in no time. 2 eggs
1 teaspoon of cocoa
2 tablespoons flour (rice, corn, oat or wheat)
80 g Greek yogurt
fresh fruit, jam or fruit topping (recipe here)


Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the latter until stiff. Add the egg yolks while continuing to beat on low speed. Then sift the flour and cocoa and mix gently with a wire or fork.
Heat the non-stick pan well over medium heat. Pour your mixture, spread it all over the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for a few minutes and flip on the other side. When it is ready, add the yogurt and place the fruit. Serve immediately.
