Pancakes in the oven


2 eggs
125 ml skimmed milk
45 g of flour
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar (5 g)
a pinch of salt
powdered sugar
fresh fruits


Preheat the oven to 220 degrees with a 16-18 cm non-stick pan or pot.
Put the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl and mix everything.
Carefully remove the pan and gently pour the batter into it and bake for 20 minutes. Once ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar, place the fruit and serve.
You can bake it with apple or apricot slices.
